The 1st was torn. 2nd seems to be ok.
The product appeared with a crack. photographed. They immediately sent a refund. I returned the defective unit 2 weeks after the 30 day return period had expired. It's a shame because we just got home from our trip. Now it has cost me twice as much. Went with another brand and took that as a backup. The new one didn't crack.
