It is used as warm boy scout trousers.
We have several pairs of these for winter boy scouts. They are also great for other activities. They are pleasantly warm on the inside and repel water and wind. My boys love them and I've been told they are comfortable. The sizing is odd but we just followed the pant length measurements on the table and got the right size.
- We needed warm pants to play football in 20 degree weather. Did the job of staying warm.
- Limited use outside of outdoor activities or winter events
