This is a suitable tool to inform and track your activities. CONS: The wrist heart rate monitor is not accurate compared to a chest heart rate monitor. Heart rate trends (or changes) can be used to track activity. The strap needs to be snug around the wrist, which I find inconvenient for the monitor to work. In the first two weeks, the battery lasted almost 5 days; now it takes about two days. There's an automatic mode where the display turns on when you bring your wrist to your face. It works intermittently so I turned it off because I caught myself waving my hand like a bird to see the time. Now I use a double tap on the screen to view the information. PROS: Soft reminders of movement (or lack thereof) are great. Text and call notifications are also a plus. I didn't pay attention to the accuracy of the steps, but I think trends are necessary to show movement.
