Review on GREENBOX Remanufactured 61XL Black Ink Cartridge for HP Envy & Deskjet Printers - Pack of 2 by Brian Unruh

I bought two black ink cartridges for my HP Envy 4500. When I installed the first one it said it was reused cartridges but after restarting the printer it worked fine for a little over a month of active use. But then came the message that a replacement was needed. I haven't used the printer that much and the cartridge still seemed pretty full compared to unused ones. When I put a new cartridge in it didn't print at all. They are very unreliable and plagiarized. The return period is just over 30 days, so I cannot exchange them. Do not buy! I stand by my original review, but I would like to thank AMAZON customer service for handling the return/refund for a defective product, even though it took a few days too long.
