Update: I found that I have to manually press the lace closure system. At least it worked for today's run. I've added three stars (for an overall rating of 4 stars). Original post: These shoes have a unique lacing system; a small cord-like wire that runs continuously from the toe of the shoe through all the eyelets. Simply pull the laces and slide the strap down to lock in place as you run. On my fourth run, the latch failed! A very disappointing pair of shoes that retail for $150.
