I had to leave it in the middle of the bottom because it wouldn't run out I love the space and comfort in this product I appreciate the pockets it has I wish it had there there were a few more pockets and that the other windows had a cover that was the same as the top one. the straps are very comfortable. Only the case of this product will be part of the bag that digs into your back. I walk a lot so it will definitely be annoying, but I bought it specifically for airport trips. Props to the makers for the amazing back, I hope you guys fix/add extra padding on the part that digs into your back!
