Review on ⏱️ Farberware Protek Compact Digital Timer in sleek Black by Lamar Vanderburg

When I opened the box and tried to start the battery, the plastic came loose a bit. I found a weird sticky coating on the back of the timer that I had to rub off. It was like thin glue sprayed on thinly. I wiped it off and now one of the batteries has fallen off so there must have been some kind of glue on top of what was holding the batteries together. The timer is working fine so far, and I'm going to glue the battery myself, but this is ridiculous.
