The PSU is good, then the story is about solving problems with noise, for installing the PSU from below. I put this device in a new system 12700F / zalman cnps10x / Asus B660 / 32G performa and ATX Aerocool Cylon case (PSU from below). After the showdown with the processor and turning off the cores, the speed became decent, but all the fans began to sing like server ones, from heating. The power supply whistled in idle time, but against the background of noise it is not audible. But in the load, its high whistle is clearly audible. Yes, and after removing the load for about 2 minutes calmed down. The problem is that the PSU has an input grid (perforation), it is installed close (gap ~ 3mm) to the housing grille (it is not the size of the fan, but 1/2 of its area), and after this grille there is also an anti-dust mesh, and even the inlet of the power supply unit on the side of the flow outlet is 1/3 covered with a transparent film))) Through this, not just dust, alcohol vapors will not pass. I bought another Zalman i3 case, here the PSU air intake grille is larger. I cut out the grid, leaving only the diagonal, leaving the dust grid. Now under any load - silence.
