Defective product

The product has one hook roller on the tape and the other loop roller. The hoop reel worked fine, but the hook reel had a defect: the white tape protecting the adhesive was stuck to the adhesive and wouldn't even come off. It seems to me that the manufacturer has big problems with quality assurance.
