Good product overall

The product works as described in the instructions. It's not plug and play, it takes some work to set it up. But it's easy to set up and easy to use once you're comfortable with its features. You must remember to add it to your home wifi. It has a fairly high image quality. The app is easy to find in the Google Play Store. I didn't have to call tech support. Just read the user manual carefully.
