Suitable for people over 30 years old.
They are perfect when you need a little warmth in a winter hat. I use them for hiking, hiking, biking, snowshoeing. Not sure "how well they would work for more vigorous exercise like my cycling. They fit great. They stay put. I love them. And they come in a cute bag.
