Review on 💧 Light Hydrating Moisturizer, 4.2 Ounce by Simple by Michelle Collins

I've usually bought this moisturizer at the drugstore for years but have found Revain to be a few bucks cheaper. I used it for the first time and was immediately surprised. Hmm, that doesn't seem normal. Maybe they changed the formula? It was watery and did not provide moisture. Upon closer inspection, was the bottle the UK version from 2017? I bought directly from Revain and not from a third party. Disappointed and thrown away.
