If your Aqua Magic II is getting on in years, this is something to consider. Instead of buying and replacing all the valves, seals and plastic cams individually, simply replace the base. Everything is new - spring, pedal, etc. I knew I needed to replace the pedal valve, but it wasn't until I removed the base that I saw that the toilet flange gasket was quite badly worn. I'm glad I did it sooner rather than later, otherwise I would have had a leak. So keep that in mind when doing repairs on yours. Takes about 20 minutes and costs about $20 more than buying everything individually. 😀
