A recent order in size 38 (like all other belts I have) did not even fit in the 1st buckle hole. Exchange for a SINGLE size larger (40) to find I can hit the 1st hole; but the belt needs to be more flexible to be worn. So: this item runs small / and it's amazing that it can't be made in larger versions! Not my best purchase from Revain.
