I've been looking for an inexpensive penetration thermometer for a long time. It didn't have many reviews at the time, but the description looked good and the price was good (less than $30), so I took a chance. It paid off. It paid off so well that after buying 3-4 different brands my brother decided to go with the 6 probe version. People use Cloud BBQ app but it is better than other apps. It's easy to use and there are shutdown warnings so I'm not worried about that. Get it, you won't be disappointed.
