I bought this because after filling a deep cavity of decay I became extremely sensitive to cold (to the point that even breathing air over a tooth causes an irritated nerve to start hurting again ). I couldn't use mouthwash right away because I couldn't even tolerate liquids at room temperature, but after using the delicate toothpaste for a week or two I decided to give it a try. I thought maybe I could hold the mouthwash on the other side of my mouth until it warmed up a bit. However, it was very strong and it felt like my mouth was on fire, so I couldn't keep it in my mouth long enough. to warm him up. I have to say that I have a very sensitive mouth and almost every mouthwash causes a burning sensation. So my results are probably not typical. However, a mouthwash made specifically for sensitive people may feel milder and less stinging. If you can handle regular mouthwash, this will do. I'm not crazy about the taste, but that alone wouldn't be enough to stop me from using it. Can't tell if it helps with sensitivity because I couldn't use it properly.
