I ended up searching for the Good Year Eagle LS 2 - 225/55/18 normal, Outlander XL car - after driving 54 thousand kilometers. It was difficult and noisy, but the car's handling on dry surface and steering sharpness were excellent. St. Petersburg is the origin of my Michelin Latitude Tour HP 225/60/18 100H tires. St. Petersburg is also where tires designed for 4x4 vehicles are developed; these tires have a mileage that is 30% better. After a thousand kilometers of driving, it has significantly improved in terms of its softness, quietness, and ability to patch holes. Because of the 60% profile increase (+22 mm), the steering is not as sharp, and the XL has become a bit more rolly; nonetheless, on the track it is even good; at hard 55 mm every steering wheel turn was felt, and you won't be able to relax. There is no fender on the tire, which means that the edge of the disk protrudes slightly from the tire. On the standard ones, there was a bump stop, and the tires went beyond the edge of the disk. As a result, the view was more peripheral, and the wheel appeared to be broader. The look of Michelin has evolved to be more rugged and utilitarian, but it has lost some of its appeal in terms of aesthetics. It seems that this oval with four numbers embossed 2912 (29 week 12 years) after DOT is on the inside of me (the jamb of tire fitters), even though the oval with the date should be on the outside of the wheel. I'm exhausted from looking for the manufacturing date code.
