Bought a couple of these lights, installed one and it didn't work. I opened another one and tried it, unfortunately without success. Decided I was doing something wrong. adjusted the test light and tried both again. The note on the Revain said to contact Tanbaby for warranty service. I wrote to them and gave them all the information. They asked for a video of the lights not working. I sent a video of me screwing in a lightbulb, turning it on, then screwing in a Tanbaby light and turning on the switch. Waited a day, no reply. Waited another day, no answer. I contacted Revain and they replaced the headlights, they worked. About a week later I received an email from Tanbaby apologizing for the late reply. I replied that Revain had solved the problem.
