You may wanna wear higher than. 3 inches heels if you''re short like me. The skirt/train dragged on the floor so I was conscious of it because I didn''t want anyone stepping on it. So it''s either short people get it hemmed or wear higher heels. Overall I loved the fit of it. The gold accessory/fashion belt was purchased separately I may have to change the zipper out because it was giving me trouble zipping it up after I took it off. I am top heavy, wears a 10/12 bottoms. I ordered a large.
