Review on Durable and Stylish Pelican 1495 Laptop Case in Black: The Ideal Companion for Your Laptop! by Steven Saric

Perfect for protecting codes from your nukes!

I've been looking for a good briefcase for years and decided not to spend $500 on a designer suitcase and $50 on one of those staples that I knew would get scratched and chewed over time. I knew I needed something wide enough that would hold everything in place, maybe even take it out and put it on the passenger seat table. This case is amazing to be sure. Not only does the bottom layer of foam hold the laptop in place, but remember that the foam is deep enough that binders, notepads, or brochures can rest underneath or on top of them, almost an inch away from them, which helps. I could imagine a more bottom-like briefcase with compartments like the top to hold more things, but it's filled with foam that's easy to remove or trim to keep your expensive Alienware laptop safe. Love the way it closes, the combination lock, the latches are so well designed; Every time you close it, you just know. The handle is nice and ergonomic, with a rubber coating; heavy, sure, but my other bags were almost 1/2 or 3/4 larger. Since space is at a premium, I think about what's inside more carefully so old papers or outdated files don't clutter up the space like my old bags do. Now when I travel I have everything where I can see it. Be careful when attaching the shoulder strap, I had turned the dials inwards and they scratched the sides for the first few days. Try the next size up for more gear space but this is a very nice eye catching case which I will be passing on to my son. And anything beaten up and covered in stickers would look very cool! Just out of curiosity, the next time I fly I'll grab a pair of handcuffs, attach them to my wrist and put on a suit!
