Fans - SHIMMINUS flex cables - Thin, sleeveless cables - No anti-vibration pads or attachment mechanisms - Volume above 60% is a lot for Noctua or shut up! fans. These polar fans offer comparable performance but at a fraction of the price. However, you get what you pay for the build quality and accessories. The cables are sleeveless, the cable ends near the connectors are bare, there are no anti-vibration pads. The fans are virtually silent at low %PWM but have a fairly high pitched tone and are quite loud at full speed. . Luckily, you can fine-tune the speed with PWM and set the fans not to run at full speed unless your system is overheating.
