I love this product! I bought it about a month ago and it works great. What others are saying: Other reviewers say the screw holes are misaligned. I thought mine didn't either, but if you shake the parts a little, the holes align, the screws come halfway out, and then you can screw them in with your fingers (these are big plastic screws that are easy to do by hand make). )."The parts don't match": All the parts I had did fit together. However, some of them look very similar, so you have to be careful and pick up the right pieces in the right place. All in all, the block I ordered (the jumbo version) was easily assembled in 30 minutes. "Door hinges break." They're plastic, so I wouldn't recommend putting a tray full of cat poop and heavy bedding on the hinges. If you don't, I don't see how these things can break because they don't have that much weight on them. So don't put the crate on the flap door when you pull out the crate to remove the garbage. Simply grab the box and pull it out without leaning on the hinged door. "Urine runs on the floor" Yes, this box is leaking. Some suggest using sealant. What I did was buy an 18 gallon bag from WAl-Mart for $5, cut a cat hole in the end 7 inches from the bottom (and as big as the box would allow), and now I have one cheap tray with really REALLY high sides. I've never let a cat go over the edge because it's 15.75 inches tall. Cats must exit the litter box onto the inside of the ecoFlex unit instead of onto the floor immediately. So now I see MUCH less litter on the floor than before. included in the block and can be easily removed with a hand vacuum cleaner. Also, with a Walmart bag as a litter box, there are already holes in the top of the handles where you can hang an "S" hook and hang your litter box in the box. I also like it because I don't have to put the nasty dustpan somewhere else, it's kept in the garbage drawer. The reason I chose the Walmart bag over the Target is because the Walmart bag has fewer "creases" at the bottom of the box where junk accumulates. The fewer "bends" in the box, the easier it is to remove clumped dirt. It always seems to get stuck in the corners, so the fewer corners I have the better. I also like colored plastic bags over clear ones because clear bags feel tougher and are more likely to tear. I have never had a rubber bag leak and have been using it for years. I suggest a black rubber case for this ecoFlex unit. I used a gray bag and you can see the gray bag through the Eco-Flex side windows. Continuous? I find it strong enough to hold a lamp and some picture frames. It's still big enough for my cat to lie on. You also get a storage tray with the Jumbo, I plan to get a basket to fit in the storage gap. Anyway I like this product. I will buy another block if I can fit it into my laundry room. Reducing the amount of trash on the floor is so cool it would be very good in the laundry room. Hope that helps!
