I have an iPhone 7 with iOS 14.4 and a PC with Windows 10 and the latest updates. This stick kept giving me error messages on my iPhone (and pressing "continue" didn't help) and my computer couldn't see the stick at all (other than asking me to reformat it if I wanted to use it). I've done some basic troubleshooting (restarting phone, pc, app; checking phone and pc settings; playing with the app; trying to transfer multiple photos at once, etc.). It was a waste of time. This device did not work for me at all. Update 14/05/21 Since posting this review I've been getting constant emails from the seller (always from different weird email addresses) asking them to remove my negative review and give me a link to order to do it like this. I get an email every 2-3 days and have been for several months. That's ridiculous. So my negative experience with this product goes on and on! ATTENTION TO THE BUYER
