This cable appears to be well made. I've been using it for a month with no problems. Those who say it's bigger than it obviously shouldn't have worked in electronics. I was a low voltage electrician. This wire appears to be very well studied and shielded. I use this because it's bulk. My phone is actually talking about super fast charging with this cable which is one of a kind. I have tried many charging cables and only this one made it. It does NOT fit too tightly into the connectors. If someone says they need pliers, it's most likely a flood in their phone line or they've damaged the connector in some way. It fits well and is snug but easy to remove. The 90 degree angle doesn't get in the way, perfect for keeping the cord out of the way or flexing when trying to hold the phone to one side. If you don't care, then buy straight wires. This is a simple idea. I'm sorry but I hate reviews that clearly speak of someone's naivety about the wiring and not the product. All I can tell you is that after years of using many different cables, this one has impressed me the most. The only downside, and it's not the cable, is that the battery manufacturers who care most about the consumer have switched from USB charging to USB chargers. So if you use a USB to USB adapter with this cable, the charging speed will be greatly reduced. Again, this isn't the cable's fault, but make sure you have a USB charger to use it with.
