Childcare Manager Professional - Easy and straightforward way
I like that it is easy to navigate through the program. It has been very helpful in keeping track of my students' attendance as well as their progress throughout the year. The reporting features are not always accurate so it can be difficult at times for me to know how much time they have spent with each student or if there was an issue with them during the day. There isn't really anything about this software that I dislike but sometimes when you try something new it takes some getting used too. This software makes tracking all of our children's activities easier than having to write everything down by hand.
Pros
- I like that we can add the children's names or use a bar code scanner to scan the child's wristband or lanyard and add it into our system
Cons
- I dislike how much time it takes to input a single student's attendance or progress and sometimes it is difficult to tell whether you have entered the correct information or not
