The support is quick to respond when you have issues or questions in regards with our service (domain registration). I do not like that they charge their customers monthly even if there are no active domains under contract/management at any given time! This should be done as an annual fee only so we don't end up paying more than what really needs doing every month!! If your looking into this typeof business then know it's going work out well until one year has passed by without anyone being able to find anything wrong about them because everyone will say "great!".
