Review on ๐Ÿงน Bissell 2156A Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner by Kevin Mariappan

I wish I had had it sooner. Wow, clean!

This vacuum cleaner has exceeded all my expectations! We recently adopted an adult husky and have had trouble controlling the coat. I originally bought this to use with the FurMinator vacuum hair removal brush as it was too difficult to use with our Stand Up Bissell. I was really hoping that the plastic bend could detach from the hose, but that's not the case. But it's normal! The curved one is MUCH easier to work on than the straight one with the post, using the demolding tool I got separately. I also decided to vacuum our very large carpets with it and WOW! It picked up a ton more fur from carpets and hard floors than our other Bissell stand (assuming the other vacuum was over 10 years old) - previously you could still see all the fur on the carpet after vacuuming. no more with this little gem! I've attached a photo of the canister after the floor of the room has been vacuumed. We went with bagless bags and knew how quickly we would go through the bags in this house. Yes. As others have said the fur will stick to it due to static electricity - look again at the picture! But it takes 2 seconds to detach this tool and vacuum it before turning it off and putting it away. And it's really good, mainly for vacuuming under furniture - another fantastic buying bonus! But you can see that when it's flat it's sloping, but still very doable! Yes. The plastic parts can and probably will come loose, but I haven't had any problems as I'm actually squeezing and twisting them as I do. They seemed happy to stay together to me. With so much fur, we still have to reach into the "ick" canister to remove it all when we empty it - but it's actually not that bad, although it's a bit dirtier than our old rack - but it does might be I'm just used to it and trying to find a less messy way to empty it. All in all it's worth the money! You may have to stick with canisters for now, even more expensive ones. Incredibly happy!
