OK so super skeptical but after about 2 hours of using several different heads with just yellow glue (really sticks to everything) almost a deep dent to perfection. I wish it came with a slide tool which I thought it had, but the manual silver puller did the job. I used 91% alcohol to prepare it and it seemed to work every time. The point was to give the glue time to cure and not use as much as you would expect. The toll has divisions and intervals for each type of dent, and it's really just a guess as to which one works best. However I am very satisfied they could have taped the box when opening it but everyone there just thought I was missing a piece but I could be wrong as I was looking at 100's.
