Since Covid-19 I started using my extra time to learn some new skills in the kitchen and baking was one of them! However, my "non-stick" pans came out pretty bad and not non-stick at all after so many baked goods got stuck and took the coating with them. I was looking for something truly non-stick but without a hard coating and have heard great things about baking mats. I chose this brand because of the price for a full set! I've used it several times and I'm so glad I bought it. Pros: Very good value for money. All parts fit together, which is great for storage in tight spaces. The cake actually slides off the mat. Aluminum is easy to clean. and hard to screw up. Cons: Only one really. The baking mat seems to retain baking oils that are difficult to remove even with a good degreasing soap, but this doesn't really detract from the usability or quality of the product for me. (The photo shows butter residue from baking cookies after 2 washes)
