This particular model appealed to me because it can be cleaned either by dry or wet means. And there's a cat and a toddler at home. The vacuum cleaner is programmed to start cleaning at the time I choose. Feels obstructions and furniture, even over joints and carpet. In most cases, wet cleaning is superior, and may even remove grime from flooring. Includes extra wipes and cleaning solution.
