TIP: If you're having trouble pairing, reset your settings.
I went through a period where the pairing would fail almost every time I used it (ie about 7-10 times a week). I must have reset the defaults 20 times. Accidentally stumbled upon a trick. Do not open the cover and take off the headphones immediately. After opening the lid, wait a few seconds for the small white light on each earbud to light up. After slowing down and waiting, I had no pairing problems for over 3 months.
