This level seems to me to be very well built, easy to read, and most important of all, accurate. I have two other 24" levels of varying quality and I noticed that my best one was starting to read a bit off during a kitchen cabinet install. Both I-beam type levels, they have been banged around a bit and both require re-calibration, but one has a bent corner, so will likely hit the bin instead. These box levels are a bit heavier, but also a bit sturdier. This one in particular is very easy to read and has a mirrored window to read the plumb bead from the top edge. The red accent on the indicators helps visibility. This is a very good quality level.
