I'm 6'0" 160 lbs with a 34" waist. I got these in medium and they are a little bit tight. I can put them on and the waist isn't pulling but the pants wear like bike shorts and are too form-fitting.I do bicycle and would wear these for biking but I'm not a fan of form fitting pants. I like a little room to move.The waist band is made of a thin material that is comfortable. The length is good and comes to my knees. The style is pretty nice too with a dull color but clean lines.Overall, I think these are not the most durable shorts. The style is too tight and limiting for me.
