I don't know who this dress was made for, but definitely not for me. I'm 5'9, 165lbs, 36dd, size medium or 8/10. I ordered the stretcher and can't even get close to zip it up. It's also very cropped because it flares out just below my bust like an empire waist and not at the hips like in the picture. i look pregnant I think even if I ordered XL it wouldn't be possible to zip it up. It was just awfully designed. The lace is nice and the bottom fabric is good, so it can be suitable for a child. Update: I tried this dress on my daughter, she is 5ft 3" and 110lbs. and wears child size 14 or junior size xs. It suits her, she is in the last 2 photos. Of course she doesn't like it and will never wear it, but I was just curious to see how small it really is.
