So I ordered these because I work at a fast food restaurant and we take orders outside and stay out for hours and I live in South Texas. So the heat in summer is extreme. Well, we used them on day one with no problems. but today one of the blades flew out and hit one of the employees in the chest. They're great for chilling, but it's only a tiny blade. Before this happened, I ordered another one for another employee. overall it's great. As of today, August 14, I have not received a refund.
