Terrible quality! for luggage rack

I decided that unless you are buying the cheapest Revain carrier, the product must be of the highest quality. "Not the case!". I flew to California to pick up a french bulldog I bought. The airline is approved by the airline. The quality is terrible! The pulley handle was too long, very uncomfortable! The stroller will not fit under the seat of an American Airlines plane with a dog in it. The backpack easily tips over with the animal. On the plane, I noticed sharp metal protruding through the fabric. The sharp metal was next to my pup's head. I had to carry my puppy in my arms until I got home. Absolute waste of money! view photos
