Having had neck fans in the past, I was skeptical. Noticed this fan had a unique feature, a 3rd fan in the back for the neck. Fan just arrived and I'm wearing it now. The cooling effect is excellent, better than expected, and yes I'm also getting cooling on the back of the neck. Also, the breeze largely does not affect my eyes (unlike a fan directed at my face). Purchasing a couple more units as backup. I never travel without a fan and this is going into my must-have travel kit, as well whenever I'm outside in the Texas heat. Highly recommend.
