Review on 📚 4-Pack Clear Acrylic Shelf Divider Set by Kenny Davey

Update 7/8/19: The seller contacted me to offer a refund and to explain that there was a problem at the factory when I received my second set. She offered a refund and said a new set would be shipped once it was ready. I'm changing my rating from 2 stars (for the quality of the second set) to 3 stars for good communication and customer care. I'm hoping to upgrade to 5 when I get my new shelf dividers! Original Review: I ordered a set of these 6 months ago which was a dream come true. Absolutely perfect - just sitting on my shelf, perfect fit. And they appeared to be a very high quality product. So when I needed more (for the same shelf, not different size shelves) I re-ordered this product even though it is literally the most expensive product. When this set arrived they looked the same and had the same company logo. on it, but when I tried to place the first baffle of the shelf, the leg broke off. I stared at my hands in disbelief because the first set installed without a hitch. I tried to install the next separator very carefully, assuming that the quality of the plastic used had deteriorated. No amount of caution, however, could keep him from breaking. These dividers no longer fit on my shelves. On the third try, I tried putting the new delimiter next to the old one. Vain. These things don't even fit 3/4 of my shelf and that's the manufacturer's advertised size that has worked for this product so far. I don't know if they were good and now they're terrible, or if I just got a bum. But be careful with the buyer. $60 is too much to be disappointed.
