Bought this die to make a custom width triple profile. I just did 30ft injection molding (120ft milling) poplar and it worked great. As far as I could tell, this was the only way to make a 1/4" triple bead with a router. All of the triple rollers I could find were 1/8" in radius. The tip seems a bit blunt toward the end to be and the "spot cut" part was a little less sharp but visually it's not noticeable and didn't cause me any problems.Update: the point didn't dull, I just found where it broke when I hit the knot I think I actually prefer a more blunt profile as a profile with a pointed end is very difficult to sand and paint but I am deducting a star for brittleness.Updated: when painting the difference between the chipped profile and the Pointed profile very obvious so I had to redo 15ft of mold I definitely prefer the cropped profile but now it requires a significant amount of work What would be really nice would be if Whiteside did a 1/ 4" radius plunge drill with a 1/16" flat bottom.
