I've only had these bands for a few months and haven't had any difficulty with them yet like other reviews had. They are durable, and I like the bag they come in too. In the product picture they show a chart for what size to use for assisted pull-ups and training. I wish it was also included in the set. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars.
- Can be used for a range of exercises including pull-ups, chin-ups, squats, and more
- May not be suitable for individuals with difficulty gripping
