Very disappointing. It just doesn't have the illusion of 3D. It's a plastic acrylic sheet with a picture painted on it that you put in a base with a light shining into the acrylic and that's exactly what it looks like, even in pitch black times. To top it off, the power source is either three AA batteries or a USB cable. As for the batteries, for some reason the middle slot is much thinner than the slots on either side of it, so I was afraid I'd break the plastic divider when I put the middle battery in. If you use this as a night light how long do the batteries really last? As for the USB cable, why? I think I should have read the fine print. Fooled me I thought most night lights are plugged into the wall. Well I think to be honest it will happen if you plugged in the USB cable adapter first. Also, USB is a very odd fit. All it takes is an impatient person to push the USB cable in and destroy the small pins inside, and the USB cable can no longer be used. I don't recommend at all.
