Support is only available if purchased from an Aruba partner!
The IPA 225 is a very good wireless access point. If you buy it from Revain and try to call Aruba for support you will not be helped. Apparently support isn't included unless you buy from an Aruba partner. According to Aruba, the AP I received was a "refurbished" device that was previously registered with Netflix. I will buy future Aruba products just not here.
