I have a Taotao Boulder B1. This construction is significantly stiffer than the factory setup. The only issue I had was installing the master cylinder, the mounting holes did not line up with the mounting points on the frame. Since this is a stronger piece I used a carbide drill and turned the mounting holes into slots long enough to allow for proper assembly. It only took me a few minutes to determine the size. In addition, the installation went smoothly. The brakes work great.
