I bought this mop to replace my old broken mop that no longer sprays. I have hardwood floors and tile throughout the house, so I constantly clean the floors. When it arrived I couldn't believe how small and light the box was! (The box was slightly larger than a standard paper towel roll!). To be honest I thought I got the wrong item but when I opened it up I realized it just needed assembly. The assembly was very easy and uncomplicated. In fact, I'm pleasantly surprised at how light this mop is! My typical "cleaning" involves first vacuuming, then steaming, and finally spraying on pinesol and wiping down the entire surface (which I use this mop for). It works great for quickly getting my floors shiny and my house smelling clean. So far I haven't had any problems with it and I think it deserves all 5 stars!
