Their customer support was amazing, very helpful in every step of our project! They are willing to go above and beyond for their customers; they were always available when we had questions or needed assistance with something specific on our end that wasn't covered by their services (like customizing cover images). It would have been nice if you could set up your own price points at some point down the road but it didn’t seem like there was an option out-of-the box for this so I don’t think that will be possible until after launch. We used them because of how easy they made setting up my book covers compared to other options which required me to learn HTML/CSS coding (which isn't really what helped us decide to use Edguerad - just the ease of creating new designs)Editionguard allowed us to release books without having to worry about formatting issues from different.
