My Newfoundland dog has lost 80% of his hair all over his body due to thyroid disease. Even after we got his thyroid under control, he was still losing his hair. I tried a few other remedies, they didn't work. He has been using Theracoat for 2 months now and his hair is growing back on the sides on both sides of his chest but not yet on the front of his chest. I say give it time. I've been using this on him for 2 months now, he looks a lot better now but he still has some room for improvement. This stuff really works, but don't expect it to happen overnight.
