I wrote a negative review for this product and after further testing I realized that this is NOT a POWRUI device but a USB cable . But in a strange way. When I plugged the non-working iPhone charging cable into one of the USB ports, the OTHER THREE USB ports stopped working for some reason. When I plugged a working iPhone charging cable into one of the USB ports (and it worked), the other three ports still work! Lesson: Check the USB charging cable first! And double check before you write a false negative review! By the way, the reason I even double checked the device is because I received a very nice email from Vicky, a customer service representative at POWRUI, who wanted to replace my device for free. Apologies to the folks at POWRUI for my previous inaccurate review. Because this device works (now a year later) and because of the incredible customer service it has, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUYING POWRUI!
