We got this game for Easter for my 2 year old (and his older brothers) to play, and it has been great. It's got durable plastic pancake pieces that are fun for pretend play, the game works great as a fine motor skill trainer as you try to load up pancakes on the spatula without touching them and move them across the table (or across the room, if you're playing with older kids and what to up the challenge). You can also making it a memory game by giving each player a set time to look at the card and try to remember the order the pancakes should go in before playing, or for younger children you can keep the card up and help them find the different ones. All in all we've loved and the versatile play its offered us for kids ages 2, 5, and 8.
