Loose stitching in the underarm area.
Great dress when I bought it. I'm 5"0' and 110 lbs. I ordered the xs and it fit great. However, the threads in the underarm area came loose and basically almost made the dress fall apart. I was teaching in front of class when this happened. Mortifying. Just check the stitching in the underarms.
