I like that BCI can handle multiple projects at once as we are able to have several people working in different areas of our business using this software simultaneously which is very helpful when it comes time for updates or upgrades! The only thing about Bci i dislike would be their pricing structure but other than those two things everything else has been great!! We use bcci primarily because they give us access/control over all aspects related with communications within my organization from email accounts & phone numbers through text messages up until now even social media websites such as Facebook'; Twitter etc..
